Asparagus, mmmh, Asparagus!

Delicious?
Oh yes - tender and snappingly succulent, and worth the wait for a year or two while the asparagus beds are allowed to rest and recuperate and have a chance to live out a full cycle during the beautiful Vermont growing seasons. Delicious? Yes. And going fast, better get to Eastman's Farm if you are lucky enough to be within asparagus distance, or get to your favorite local farm soon, and buy a few bunches while they last!

Eastman's Farm does a Wicked BBQ, at the Annual Alumni Week Parade, in Springfield, Vermont.

Eastman's Farm produced a fine BBQ in Springfield, Vermont, today, on the occasion of the Annual Alumni Week Parade, to the delight of Alumni of all ages. Springfieldonians all were delighted with the fine display of the fine art of BBQ as choreographed by the experts from Eastman's Farm, in beautiful Weathersfield Bow, Vermont.
A good time was had by all.
